Othmann's Top Tip for Relaxation in times of stress


Othmann is working hard to learn to use GDN-Life.  If, like me, he has a few technical issues with the system (mostly down to operator error - that would be my mistakes!), it will take a little while and a few computers may be smashed in the process (just kidding Uncle Stan!).

In the meantime, he would like you to know that he finds Yoga very useful for calming in times of stress and would like to encourage you to do this simple breathing exercise.
