Maintaining physical activity indoors


In this time of pandemic with the restrictions of movement i.e. no gym, no swimming and now with soaring temperatures and high humidity levels, it is challenging for everyone to maintain a decent activity level, required for good health.

Here are some easy tips which can be followed even in a constrained space.

1.Spot jogging. Put your Netflix on and sweat it out while watching .

2. Those who enjoy dancing, put on your favourite dance music and burn some calories.

3. Simple stretching for 15-20 mins will also be good .

Other ways like yoga, aerobics and so on have already been advised by experts .

To be healthier is the only way to beat this virus.

Stay home, eat healthy, stay healthy and stay active.
