Relief from acidity


Few simple solutions for mild acidity :

1. Drinking fresh coconut water a couple of times in a day . 
2. Eating watermelon or cucumber small serving, four to five times, for few days .

3. Reducing fried food , tea and coffee helps in relieving acidity. 
4. Eating meals at a fixed time also helps . 

Note : Consult a doctor in case of severe acidity.
