Bahrain yesterday recorded 198 new cases of Covid-19, alongside 154 recoveries.
The Health Ministry revealed that of yesterday’s 198 new cases, 106 were expatriate workers, 76 contacts of local cases, and 16 travel-related.
It said that an additional 154 people recovered from Covid-19 yesterday, taking the total number of recoveries to 86,030.
The ministry added that of the 1,559 active cases, 27 are receiving treatment and 10 are in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 87,930 cases including active cases, recoveries and deaths.
The kingdom has also conducted 2,119,355 tests for Covid-19.
