The authorities are being urged to consider an automative measure to help with recycling which could pave the way to saving stray animals from starving and assist with the catch, neuter and release initiative.
The method has already proved successful in Turkey with the introduction of the Mamamatiks, which translates roughly to ‘vending machines for pets’.
