ServeU, the leading UAE-based facilities management provider along with Emirates Post Group (EPG) have won the Client-Contractor Partnership Award from Innovation in Facilities Management Awards 2021.
This recognition is a result of the collaboration signed between both parties, enabling ServeU to extend its wide array of services to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for EPG’s employees and stakeholders. The partnership was launched in January 2021 to provide complete facilities management services to EPG's full portfolio across all seven emirates, and ServeU has achieved over 90 per cent customer satisfaction ratings since then.
Under its scope of services, ServeU went fully digital where maintenance, disinfection, and reactive tasks are being run through its smart system in compliance with the government’s health protocol and standards. The company has utilized its Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system in managing EPG facilities and provided the site team with personal digital assistants (PDA) for real-time updates of their routines and tasks.
