The Rotary Club of Salmaniya organized it’s first meeting of the Rotary Year 2021-2022. President Faisal Juma introduced the theme and the board of directors to the club members. The presentation highlighted the planned projects and activities for the next year. The "Green July" campaign was launched during the meeting encouraging members to use sustainable and reusable materials instead of single-use plastic. The aim is to raise awareness of the harmful impact of plastic waste and to demonstrate the alternatives to plastic materials.
