Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the organiser of the Gulf Property Show, is gearing up to host the mall edition of the Northern Gulf’s boutique showcase for real estate at The Avenues, Bahrain later this month.
Taking place from November 24 to 27, the exhibition will be Bahrain’s first property-focused event in two years.
The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues has attracted the strategic sponsorship of Edamah, the real estate arm of Bahrain’s sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat, and GFH Properties, the real estate arm of GFH Financial Group.
Naseej, the Mena region’s first fully integrated real estate and infrastructure development company, is a gold category sponsor.
The Gulf Property Show (GPS) brand has a reputation of bringing together the real estate industry and prospective investors, commented HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman.
“After several false starts for the return of the event in The Avenues, we can now say that the show is on. The Gulf Property Show at The Avenues also carries the organisational support of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Bahrain, and has received approval from both the Health Ministry and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.
Located under the atrium near the Harbour Gate Entrance in the mall, the exhibition will be open to visitors on all three days from 10am to 10pm.
