The clear blue skies above Yas Marina Circuit were filled on Saturday with the UAE's brightly coloured, seven-jet Fursan Al Emarat aerobatic display team, impressing fans and visitors from around the world.
Ahead of one of the most highly anticipated qualifying sessions ever, fans’ heads were turned skyward to witness the exciting performances by the Fursan Al Emarat. A perennial fan favourite, the UAE team’s dazzling and perfectly choreographed displays has become one of the weekend’s most anticipated spectacles.
Today’s display at 4pm offered race goers a sneak preview of tomorrow’s pre-race fly past, which will take place together with a Boeing 787 ‘Greenliner’ from Title Sponsor Etihad Airways over the Yas Marina Circuit start line at 16:57pm.
Following the UAE national anthem, the Fursan Al Emarat and Etihad Airways aerial display will be the last act before the curtain lifts on the title-deciding and historic FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2021.
