Bank loan instalments will be deferred from January 2022 until June 2022, the Central Bank of Bahrain announced today.
The current loan deferral option expires on December 31.
The extension will add six months to the previous deferment, and will end on June 30.
Banks will not charge additional fees, charges or interest during this period.
