Bahrain yesterday recorded 221 new Covid-19 cases and 40 recoveries.
Of the new cases, 52 were expat workers, 134 contacts of local cases and 35 travel related.
An additional 40 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 276,762.
There are 1,121 active cases in the country.
Bahrain has so far registered 279,277 cases and conducted 7,878,340 tests.
