Bahrain yesterday recorded 1,072 new Covid-19 cases.
An additional 280 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 278,424.
There are 6,701 active cases in the country.
The kingdom has so far registered 286,520 cases and conducted 8,136,627 tests.
