The "Street Circuit King," Sergio Perez proves his dominance once again at street circuits winning the Azerbaijan Grand Prix for his fourth podium finish at the Baku race, the most out of any driver ever at the track. Although an early safety car massively helped him, he remained consistent throughout the race dominating with almost no threats to his position. His teammate Max Verstappen finished in second for a 25th 1-2 in Red Bull Racing's History and was far ahead of third-place finisher Charles Leclerc of Ferrari who could not keep up with the Red Bulls pace. Their chassis design has always benefited them at street circuit tracks such as this track and Monaco and that continues with today's performance. His teammate Carlos Sainz finished in 5th which puts Ferrari in a disappointing position in the Constructors Championship far behind . An impressive Aston Martin Season continues with Alonso finishing in 4th and Stroll in 7th earning them lots of valuable points against their main rivals in the constructors' solidifying their position at second place. Mercedes finish in 6th and 8th, a decent result for the team. Lando Norris of Mclaren and Yuki Tsunoda of AlphaTauri round off the Top 10.
Overall, a great Baku Grand Prix with lots of interesting controversies such as the pitlane incident with Ocon at the end of the race as he had not pit throughout the whole race, and an F1 rule is that drivers must pit at least once during the race otherwise they face severe penalties so Ocon had to pit on the last lap and people were misinformed about this so photographers and Red Bull team members started crowding around the pit lane to celebrate the podium only to realize Ocon had come into the pit lane and almost hit a few of the bystanders on the way to his pitstop but thankfully no one was injured.
Red Bull has certified their dominance at every track until now, winning all of the races of the season so far. No one can compete with them so far. Unless some of the teams can massively improve their car performance, Red Bull are going to get their second Constructors championship in a row and their third Drivers championship as well.
