The Muharraq Municipality has been praised for planting more than 13,000 trees since the start of the year.
Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Ministry Under-Secretary Shaikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Khalifa made the remarks as he inspected the afforestation project in the governorate.
