A plan to form a search and rescue team with tasks outside the countries to reflect Bahrain’s abilities in participating in disaster and crisis management has been discussed at a meeting of top officials.
Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, who chaired the meeting of the Civil Defence Council yesterday, asserted the importance of providing the team with the required logistic and administrative requirements.
