The Housing and Urban Planning Ministry has launched eight new e-services, following the Cabinet’s resolution to extend the eligibility criteria to include divorced, abandoned or widowed women without children and orphaned single women.
The beneficiaries in this category will also include divorced or widowed Bahraini women with their minor Bahraini or non-Bahraini children as well as divorced, widowed or abandoned women without children.
The new e-services include inquiries about the status of finance applications, signing an acknowledgment of calculation of all fixed allowances, booking an appointment before visiting the customer service centre and booking an appointment for remote financing consultations.
