Bahrain’s first government housing town is set for a major upgrade with infrastructure projects worth millions of dinars approved in the Southern Governorate.
It followed repeated calls from municipal councillors to revamp Isa Town and survey the area and come up with solutions to address overcrowding issues.
Most of the projects aim to repair poor infrastructure and modernise facilities and amenities in the town.
