The tournament called the 2024 PUBG MOBILE World Cup (PMWC), is set to bring some of the best global talents to the Kingdom, complemented with a prize pool of $3 million, one of the largest prize pools in the game’s history, which also includes an additional $800,000 that will be distributed during qualifier rounds.
The Esports World Cup began on July 4th and will continue till August 25th, 2024, Being the home to the largest esports and gaming festival in the world. While the eight-week-long event will be home to a wide variety of gaming tournaments, events, activities, and more. The PMWC taking place from 19th to 28th of July, will be a part of these tournaments and will begin with 28 teams, including Powr Esports, one of the largest and most influential esports organizations, who have their influence not just in Saudi Arabia, but the overall MENA region as well.
