The Palakkad Arts and Cultural Theater (PAACT) hosts a sports day. The Palakkad Arts and Cultural Theater, an association of Palakkad citizens in Bahrain, holds a sports day for its members. The Sports Day will take place on Friday, November 29th at the Etihad Club in Bilad Al Qadeem. The matches begin at 9 a.m. and last till the evening. Competitions are designed so that children, young ladies, and adults can all participate. PAACT Sports Day was conceived and conducted with the notion that lifestyle disorders are becoming more prevalent among expats. PAACT officials stated that Sports Day has been held for the past eighteen years with the goal of avoiding lifestyle diseases by promoting sports and exercise.
