Bahrain Indian School (BIS) recently held its annual sports day at the Bahrain Rugby Club, Saar.
The event started with the Bahrain national anthem, followed by the lighting of the torch.
Speeches were also delivered by the Indian Embassy’s defence attaché and the event’s chief guest Sandeep Singh, as well as the school’s directors Himanshu and Ritu Verma and principal Saji Jacob.
Students of all ages took part in a range of track events, and the winners were presented with their awards at an award ceremony.
