Palakkad Toastmasters hosted a grand finale event for its Youth Leadership Program (YLP) 2024, showcasing the remarkable talents of 21 young leaders.The event, held at Ahlia University, provided a platform for these young individuals to demonstrate the communication and leadership skills they developed throughout the program.The program was attended by Toastmasters District 20 officials and General Secretary of Palakkad Arts and cultural theatre (PAACT).The finale was a resounding success, with the young participants delivering impressive speeches, engaging in thought-provoking debates, and demonstrating their newfound confidence in front of an audience of parents, Toastmasters, and esteemed guests. The program focused on honing essential skills such as public speaking, critical thinking, and effective communication, empowering the youth to become future leaders. The event was a culmination of seven weeks of training and workshops, during which the participants learned the fundamentals of public speaking, meeting procedures, and leadership principles. The finale served as a practical application of these skills, allowing the youth to showcase their progress and celebrate their achievements.
Palakkad Toastmasters club is committed to fostering youth development and providing opportunities for young people to enhance their communication and leadership abilities.
