Dubai Investments continues to lead by example in fostering sustainability and community engagement, as the 4th Annual Dubai Investments Green Run once again turned Dubai Investments Park into a hub of eco-conscious energy. With thousands of runners united under one message—sustainability, the event saw over 3500 participants racing toward a greener future, reinforcing Dubai Investments’ commitment to promoting health, fitness, and environmental responsibility.
Building on the momentum of previous editions, Green Run 2025 continued to highlight a growing collective enthusiasm for eco-friendly initiatives. The event featured both a 3km fun walk/jog and a 5km competitive race, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels. From young children taking their first steps into the world of fitness to seasoned athletes pushing their limits, the run brought together a diverse mix of people, all driven by a shared commitment to sustainability.

Participants enjoyed an immersive experience beyond the race, with eco-friendly activities, entertainment, and sustainability-themed giveaways adding to the event’s vibrant atmosphere. In recognition of top performances, cash prizes and trophies were awarded to the leading male, female, and youth finishers in the 5km race.

Participants were encouraged to support the plastic-free initiative by bringing reusable water bottles, helping to reduce single-use plastics. Strategically placed recycling bins promoted responsible waste disposal, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Further reinforcing its commitment to eco-friendly practices, the event provided t-shirts made from recycled materials, allowing runners to take part in a more sustainable way while minimizing the event’s overall carbon footprint.
Since its launch in 2022, the Dubai Investments Green Run has been a key supporter of Smart Dubai initiatives, aligning with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in advancing a green economy and a sustainable future.
