A Bahrain-based student has secured a place at the London School of Economics (LSE) after topping her CBSE exams in the kingdom and the Gulf region.
Dhruvi Karia, a graduate of New Millennium School Bahrain, achieved 99.2 per cent in her CBSE exams, making her the top commerce student across the GCC.
She will pursue a degree in financial mathematics and statistics at the LSE.

Ms Karia attributed her success to consistent practice, saying UniHawk's "invaluable" guidance was pivotal in her university application.
"LSE has been my dream university for as long as I can remember," she added, expressing excitement about learning from world-class professors and engaging with a diverse community in London.
Her father, Jatin Karia, a senior partner at Grant Thornton Abdulaal, praised Dhruvi's dedication and UniHawk's "expert guidance" in securing admission to LSE.
Ramiz Shaikh, senior education consultant at UniHawk, said Dhruvi "thoroughly deserves the outstanding results" and is well-prepared for her studies at LSE.
