Al Salam Bank has announced the launch of the 19th edition of its Annual Summer Internship Programme, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to supporting youth development and advancing national talent in alignment with the kingdom’s economic vision.
This year’s edition welcomes 45 students from leading local and international universities, marking the largest group of interns in the programme’s history.
The two-month professional training experience is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and exposure needed to succeed in today’s dynamic banking and financial landscape.
The 2025 edition is being held under the theme ‘Sustainable Development through Innovation and AI’, reflecting the bank’s strategic focus on integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles with forward-looking digital transformation.
