There once was a time when people had no devices and people lived happily and in peace. The people were happy with what so ever they had.
On the other hand there is this generation which is also called generation Z as in genZ where people can’t live without mobile for even 10 minutes or make it seconds.
The current generation we are living is getting smarter and smarter day after day plus Artificial Intelligence as in AI is improving better and better every day, and some people use in wisely and the rest don’t.
I get inspiration from my family especially my wonderful parents who taught me the advantages and disadvantages of all sorts of things . Even I only use device half an hour a day which is enough for me.
Hence, In conclusion I would like to say who ever is reading this should pay attention on themselves and track their own bad habits and try to work on them.
