More than 350 people attended the 47th anniversary celebrations of the Sri Lanka Club at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa in Manama. Chief guest Sri Lankan Ambassador Shanika Dissanayake was welcomed by club president Chithalka Ambrose.
The night featured a musical performance by the Lunu Dehi band which was flown in from Sri Lanka specifically for the event. Gifts were also handed through a quiz draw.
