Organized under the banner of Happy Hands Publicity & Advertising WLL and directed by Muraleedharan Palliyath, “NIRAM 2025” emerged as a remarkable success in Bahrain’s cultural landscape, marked by massive public participation and high-quality musical, comedy, and dance performances.
Held on 15th December at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bahrain, the initial segment of the program was hosted by presenters from Bahrain’s popular radio station Radio Suno, who efficiently managed the stage proceedings.
Organized as part of the Bahrain National Day celebrations, the grand event was graced by H.E. Vinod K. Jacob, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain, as the Chief Guest.
The Guests of Honour included H.E. Mr. Mohamed Hussain Al Janahi, Member of Parliament (Capital Governorate), Mr. Pambavasan Nair, recipient of the Mangalam Swaminathan Pravasi Bharatheeya Excellence Award, Mr. P. V. Radhakrishna Pillai, President of Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, and Mr. Biju George, Member of the Indian School Executive Committee. Their presence added great dignity to the occasion.
The event officially commenced with the national anthems of India and Bahrain. On stage, Director Muraleedharan Palliyath honoured the Indian Ambassador, following which the Ambassador felicitated other distinguished guests and artists.
The program, hosted by renowned anchor Jewel Mary, featured unforgettable performances led by legendary singer M. G. Sreekumar and his band, while popular actor Kunchacko Boban drew special attention from the audience with his energetic dance performances and soulful songs. The event was further enriched by captivating acts from comedy star Ramesh Pisharody, singers Shikha and Rahman, and Bahrain-based acclaimed singer Meera Manoj, making the evening truly memorable.
Blending music, comedy, and dance seamlessly, the show kept the audience thoroughly engaged until the very end. The fully packed auditorium and enthusiastic response from the audience stood as strong testimony to the mass appeal and success of “NIRAM 2025.”
In recognition of the tireless efforts behind the event’s grand success, team members were honoured with mementos on stage, with Kunchacko Boban personally congratulating and appreciating the organizing team.
According to the general opinion of the Bahraini expatriate community, “NIRAM 2025” stands out as one of the most magnificent and well-organized cultural events held in Bahrain in recent years.
