MANAMA: The Bahrain Sopanam Vadyakala Sangham’s annual Onam celebration, ‘Poovarangu 2026,’ was held with great enthusiasm and festive spirit. As in previous years, the celebration featured a wide variety of cultural and traditional programmes, presented with excellent coordination and meticulous organisation. The vibrant performances and traditional elements of the festivities added colour and charm to the occasion.
The event brought together members of the Malayalam community in Bahrain to celebrate the spirit of Onam, while showcasing Kerala’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. The dedication of the organisers, together with the enthusiastic participation of artists and community members, made Poovarangu 2026 a grand and memorable Onam celebration.
