After decades away from the canvas, Bahraini artist Aneesa Alsaad has rekindled her passion for painting, turning cherished childhood memories and the kingdom’s rich cultural heritage into vibrant contemporary art.
From camels and palm trees to traditional attire, Ms Alsaad reimagines familiar elements of Bahraini and Arab life through bold hues, abstract forms and decorative patterns, giving traditional themes a modern artistic expression.
