Bentley’s new Continental GT V8 has been crowned the People’s Car of The Year by Jeremy Clarkson, and ‘Best British Built Car’ following a poll of the readers of The Sun, The Times and The Sunday Times and listeners of talkSPORT.
Perhaps it might be more apt to call it the 'posh people's car of the year'?
A Bentley was among the best cars I've ever test driven. It was just a shame I had to give it back after a few spins around Bahrain International Circuit. I'm obviously not posh (or rich) enough!
The marque's prize-winner starts at around BD76,000.
