Bahrain registered 249 new cases of Covid-19 today, GDNonline reports.
This brings the total active cases in the country to 3,576. Of today’s cases, 164 were registered among migrant workers, 84 among local contacts and one arrived from abroad.
The Health Ministry also announced that three more patients have recovered, bringing the total returning home after treatment to 2,195.
However, according to the ministry’s website dedicated to Covid-19, the number of critical cases had risen to seven this afternoon. Nine people have died from the virus.
