Bahrain has recorded its 13th Covid-19 death today, GDNonline reports.
The Health Ministry announced the death of a 59-year-old male expatriate, who had been suffering from underlying health problems prior to contracting the virus.
The patient, along with all other active Covid-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.
The Ministry expressed its heartfelt condolences to the individual’s family at this difficult time.
