The Health Ministry has announced 110 additional new cases of Covid-19, bringing today’s tally to 605.
This is the highest daily tally recorded in Bahrain since the outbreak started.
Of these, 92 are migrant workers and 18 are local contacts.
This brings the total number of active cases in the country to 4696, of which 43 are receiving treatment and 13 are in critical condition.
The Ministry also announced the recovery of 10 additional cases, bringing the total number of recovering cases to 6,683.
