
The Health Ministry has announced the deaths of three Bahrainis, two men (73 and 77) and a woman (77), from Covid-19 today, reports GDNOnline.
This takes the total number of deaths to 436 in Bahrain.
The ministry has expressed its condolences to the families of the deceased.
Bahrain yesterday registered 675 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 864 recoveries and four fatalities.
Three men – two Bahraini, aged 72 and 74, and an expat, 71 – and a Bahraini woman, 67, man died yesterday.
Of the new cases, 243 were expat workers, 422 contacts of active cases and 10 travel-related.
An additional 864 people recovered, taking the total recoveries to 111,691. Of the 7,078 active cases, 142 are receiving treatment and 71 in critical condition.
Bahrain has so far registered a total of 119,205 cases. The kingdom has also conducted 3,021,611 tests.
