We witnessed nature’s fury a few days ago in some of the Middle Eastern countries.
Bahrain too was taken by surprise with the lashing rains and water logging in some areas.
The country was almost at a standstill.
Schools were closed as a precautionary measure .
Technology and social media were helpful in making us aware of the situation is different areas.
Each one of us shared the plight of our areas respectively.
There were many reels and insta stories shared about “heroes without capes” who rescued or supported people during this crisis.
Heartfelt thanks to those pure souls who had the mental strength and pure intentions of serving humanity.
The thought that keeps coming back to me is what motivated them to be knight in non-shining armours and be of service to fellow humans?
They believed in humanitarian causes, they used available resources, they just stood firmly against the difficulties that we all were facing then.
We may not remember the beauty queens next years but we shall definitely think and tell this story with pride.
There is hope that there are Good Samaritans around us. The world can boast about certain humans who have retained our faith in selfless service.
We all are born humans but only a few raise the bar of being the flag bearers of kindness, caring, serving others. It does take a large heart and basic resources to help out fellow humans.
Flooded streets can be a menace for passersby and car drivers. The mental trauma of being stuck with no help nearby can be felt only by those who have faced it.
Imagine the appearance of help when there is no silver lining in those the dark clouds literally and figuratively!
Deeply felt gratitude and kudos to those who can be true guardian angels in crisis.
A lesson for us all to rise up to the occasion, shunning our fears and inhibitions.
