More than 135 former Bahrain students flew in from all over the world to walk down memory lane and reconnect with each other after more than two-and-a-half decades.
The two-day reunion of the Class of 99 started with a breakfast meet at a local Indian café in Juffair and included a nostalgic visit to their alma mater, Indian School Bahrain in Isa Town, retracing familiar routes and ended with a 90’s-themed party at a private resort in Budaiya.
“This extraordinary event was the result of the planning team’s dedication and passion,” said Kuwait-based Safiya Khan, an active member of the organising committee who has, in the past, driven numerous reunions in other countries.
